The Gapstow Bridge is one of the iconic bridges in Central Park. The bridge goes over the narrow neck of the Pond at 59th Street and looks much like the Ponte di San Francesco in San Remo, Italy. The Gapstow Bridge stands out in my memory from Home Alone 2 – Lost in New York. This is where Kevin meets the pigeon lady and feeds the birds. I was lucky enough to capture the bridge camouflaged in its fall foliage.
