I should look back through my photos more often because photos sometimes just need to age or it just takes that second or third look through before you realize there is something special in a photograph. I’m not sure why I didn’t process this one the first pass through, but the colors on this one really were spectacular. This photo is from the sunset at Oxbow Bend, Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming. The orange from the sunset just bled into the Snake River’s surface. It almost looks as if it’s an impressionist’s painting of Mt. Moran on the water. It’s another one of my interpretations of Oxbow Bend.
