The Bear | Upper Antelope Canyon

There are so many variations in light creating unique scenes when you visit the slot canyons down in Arizona. This particular trip was to the Upper Antelope Canyon and even though I didn’t go during the summer months when the beam of light can be seen in the canyon there was still some awesome textures and colors displayed during my visit. I spent 2.5 hours in the canyon and light in a certain area was totally different than when leaving the canyon. It’s all about the angle of the sun at the time.

This light in this scene created the outline of a bear. It’s all in the imagination when exploring the slot canyons. There are so many wonderful textures, shapes and colors. I can’t wait to make another trip down to explore some different slot canyons down near Page, Arizona.
