It’s a Twofer Tuesday! I captured this shot on the way up to Mt.Evans. It was raining on the way up, but then the rain cleared and gave way to a bright sun, right before sunset. This sun created a fabulous double rainbow! I was going to try to capture the double rainbow leading down into the valley but another photographer had stepped out in the field to try to capture the rainbow himself. The light from the rainbow as perfect and seemed to stream right down on the photographer so I captured this shot. I hope he got the Pot O’ Gold at the bottom of the rainbow.
I’m headed back from Canada today. Yesterday I got to meet and shoot with Canadian photographer/blogger Heath O’Fee! I’m sure I’ll have plenty of pictures to share with you when I return. It was great spending the day with Heath and getting to understand his perspective from behind his camera. It’s alway nice to share your interests with another photographer. It gives you perspectives and ideas and thus expands you creative abilities. I hope that I was able to return some hints and tidbits to him yesterday.
I hope everyone is having a great week. When I get back, I need to unpack, do laundry and repack for a trip to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison and spend some time with my dad doing some fishing. Hopefully I can get some content out before I leave, but no promises. Talk to you soon.
